Swimming Victoria is excited to be heading to Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre this October for the Ovens & Murray Regional Roadshow, bringing a weekend of swimming development, education and connection to the region.
Previously known as the District Development Weekend, the event has a fresh new name and format for 2026.
The Regional Roadshow replaces the former District Development Days and brings renewed energy and even more opportunities for swimmers, coaches, officials, club volunteers and families to learn, develop and connect.
The Ovens & Murray District will be the first stop on the Regional Roadshow, with the two-day program taking place on Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October 2026 at Wodonga Sports & Leisure Centre.
With something for everyone, there is a broad range of development opportunities on offer throughout the weekend, catering for people at different stages of their swimming journey.

- Fun Swim
The weekend is about much more than what happens in the pool. It provides an opportunity for members of the Ovens & Murray swimming community to come together, build their knowledge and skills, share ideas and strengthen connections across clubs throughout the District.
Whether you’re a swimmer looking to develop your skills, a coach continuing your education, an official expanding your knowledge, or a parent or club volunteer wanting to learn more about the sport, there will be opportunities to get involved.
